You do not have to take your car to the dealer to keep your new car warranty.
Because we are qualified mechanics and use genuine parts on Logbook Servicing, your warranty won’t be affected (as stated by the ACCC). We also try to go above and beyond to look after you and your car.
There are some occasions where your vehicle is still under certain in-house warranties where you would be required to use the dealer. If you are unsure, a simple phone call to your dealer can clear this up.
Since repair shops work with warranty companies, they can provide this information to you as well.
Most aftermarket parts are made from the same companies that supply original equipment. They might be marketed by a different brand, but they are the same product. Some aftermarket parts even meet and exceed manufacturers’ specifications.

Regular preventative maintenance and checks are there to keep your car in tip top condition. Every vehicle has an owner’s manual that provides a recommended maintenance schedule.
